Carolyn was diagnosed with IBS and Fructose malabsorption in 2009 and has studied gut health extensively in an effort to ease her own symptoms. She became a Health Coach to be able to help others who have been diagnosed with a food intolerance or feel overwhelmed with the low FODMAP diet. She also has certificates in Stress Management, Nutrition, Food Psychology and the Low FODMAP Diet and is the founder of The FODMAP Friendly Tea Company. She knows firsthand that it takes time and patience, and a true commitment to yourself to gain control of your health.
