Avoid excessive consumption if malabsorb Fructose.
Brewing directions: To make the perfect cup for one: infuse 1 teaspoon in boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes. For our tea infuser bottles: infuse 1-2 heaped teaspoons, let steep with lid on for 5-10 mins.
