Brewing directions: To make the perfect cup for one: infuse 1 teaspoon in boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes. For our tea infuser bottles: infuse 1-2 heaped teaspoons, let steep with lid on for 5-10 mins.

Lemon Myrtle is a beautiful Australian native. It has been used traditionally for sinus infections, bronchitis and irritable digestive disorders. Lemon myrtle may gently stimulate the digestive processes and reduce symptoms such as bloating and cramping. Lemon myrtle is also used as a potent antioxidant, reducing free radicals throughout the body.
 
Lemongrass promotes healthy digestion. It has antiseptic compounds that effectively kill bad bacteria and parasites in the digestive tract and repopulate the good bacteria in the colon. This in turn treats problems like indigestion, constipation, heartburn, diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, stomach spasms, vomiting and cramps due to its anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties.
 
Peppermint has the ability to relax the body and mind, relieving stress, anxiety, headache and migraine. Anti-inflammatory qualities can treat IBS symptoms including nausea, vomiting, gassiness, constipation, diarrhea and indigestion. Known to soothe stubborn dry coughs, colds and congestion.
