As a health coach, I am trained and skilled in the process of health behaviour change. My role in your change process is to work in partnership with you to set goals, work out strategies and take action to achieve and sustain health-supporting behaviours. My approach is based on principles of behaviour change, like clearly defined goals, small steps, and personal accountability. Dietary changes are planned in partnership with you to achieve sustainability.

What you receive:
- An initial comprehensive Wellness Assessment where I will help you to assess your current wellness situation, identify not only diet but other changes you feel you need to make, and discover why change is important to you. During this 1 hour session you will also develop your own personal vision of what you want your life to look like, and set 3 monthly goals and weekly goals. I will also help you to identify any obstacles for change and assist you to develop strategies to overcome them so you feel confident and empowered. Dietary and other wellness goals are broken down into small, manageable, realistic and achievable steps so you feel confident of success.
- 5 x 45 minute sessions to assist you to assess how you are going also refocusing if you are going off track. New weekly goals are set and, if required, new strategies developed to help you meet your goals and maintain your confidence and motivation.
